Our founder, Nelson Yaw Aidoo, hails from Ghana and brings over 11 years of culinary mastery to YAW, rising from a steward to a brand chef. Born and raised in Ghana, Chef Nelson Yaw Aidoo has always been passionate about the art of cooking. His culinary journey began humbly as a steward, but his relentless dedication, creativity, and talent propelled him through the ranks to become a renowned brand chef. With over 11 years of experience, Chef Nelson has mastered the delicate balance of honoring tradition while pushing culinary boundaries.
